Cowabunga! With the help of the legendary Kevin Wilson, designer behind Arkham Horror, the TMNT comes to the tabletop with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shadows of the Past. The game is a scenario-driven, miniatures-based combat board game, sewer-crawling adventure featuring the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shadows of the Past is a story-driven adventure game for two to five players who will duel it out street by street and mission by mission to save (or conquer) New York. The game is based off of IDW’s ongoing comic book universe and features missions taken straight from some of the series’ biggest moments.
The game, based on IDW Comics, for two to five players and will run for like an hour to hour and a half. Each Hero player in the game receives their own custom set of dice and Special Move cards uniquely matched to their character’s fighting style and on each round. The game brings an innovattive system that helps save players from useless rolls and provide a team effort by providing each Hero player rolls their dice simultaneously, strategically positioning their dice from left to right. This system allows the active player’s turn to have access to their own dice and their teammate’s closest dice on each side of their character. It’s the ultimate co-operative system. A gameplay video is coming up on February, 8.
The campaign is underway on Kickstarter and is already funded with less than 24 hours and will run for another 21 days! Back This Project HERE.[amazon-related-products keywords=”teenage mutant ninja turtles”]
