Drone Racing League Coming This Fall To ESPN And Sky Sports

ESPN has unveiled a multi-year broadcasting deal with the Drone Racing League to be airing races in America on ESPN and ESPN 2, starting with the 2016 Season this fall! Expect to start following the series on October 23rd, over a course of 10 episodes!

The DRL is also coming to UK as SKY Sports has closed a deal to start airing races this Fall and a London Race is expected for 2017!

DRL is the first professional race series for FPV drone racing. The Drone Racing League brings the world’s best pilots together to fly the “DRL Racer 2” quadcopters head-to-head through new exciting neon-lit race courses. Drone Racing is not mainstream, but for sure will start getting more exposure with those deals!
