Previously director Dearbhla Walsh of Netflix new Marvel series The Punisher had suggested the series will launch sometime in November. Despite the releases of posters , teasers and official trailer recently, Netflix is tight lip about the official release date. Whether it’s a printing error or by accident, Total Film magazine in its latest edition suggest the series will be available on October 13th. A little less than 3 weeks away. The Punisher will be Netflix’s third Marvel series of 2017 after Iron Fist made its debut back in March follow by The Defenders in August. The series is created by Steve Lightfoot whose previous work includes Hannibal(2013-2015) and Casualty(2001-2006). He will executive produce along with Jeph Loeb and James Chory. Additional cast includes Debra Ann Woll who will reprise her role from Daredevil as Karen Page, James R. Moore(The Sorcerer’s Apprentice), Michael Nathanson(The Wolf of Wall Street), Jamie Ray Newman(Catch Me If You Can), Paul Schulze(Nurse Jackie), Daniel Webber(11.22.63), Ben Barnes(The Chronicles of Nania), Amber Rose Revah(Son of God) and Ebon Moss-Bachrach(Girls 2012-2107).
