Gotham S4E12: “Pieces Of A Broken Mirror” – Fox Network

Fox has released a preview for the next episode of Gotham titled “Pieces of a Broken Mirror”. Despite the preview Gotham is taking a 3 month hiatus before returning sometime in March 2018. The time slot will be taken over by a new singing competition reality series, The Four : Battle for Stardom. Spoiler Warning ahead if you have not watch last night episode titled “Queen Takes Knight”. The midseason finale come to fruition for Sophia Falcon as she becomes the new Queen of Gotham. Killing her father Carmine Falcon(guest star John Dorman), dethroning the Kingpin of Gotham ultimately brought down Pax Penguina. All it takes was for the loyal servant of Penguin’s Victor Zsasz to turn was planting the suspicion of Penguin’s hands in killing Victor’s beloved former boss Carmine. The icing on the cake was Professor Pyg whowas a hired hand of Sofia all along to create chaos in the city of Gotham. From one underworld ruler to another, James will never be able to clean up the city of Gotham. As Carmine Falcon told James Gordon before his demise, “The sun never shines here”. For now James will have to be content with Sofia Falcon at the helm. While Penguin got hauled off to Arkham, Ed Nygma is fighting a losing battle against his Riddler self. Without Penguin, the trio of Barbara, Tabitha and Selina are back in business. On a personal level, Tabitha went after her former beau, literally trying to bash Butch out of Solomon Gundy’s head. As she walked away with disappointment, Gundy begins to remember his formal self. Speaking of taking a good beating, Alfred patience ran out and gave Bruce a good beating hoping his master will wake up from swimming in his vortex of guilt. Instead the loyal butler got fired and kick out of Wayne Manor. As Penguin screaming and yelling madly from his cell in Arkham, a voice from another cell telling him he can offer his help for Penguin to reclaim Gotham city. The voice is none other than Jerome Valeska aka Not The Joker(Cameron Monaghan).

Gotham stars Ben McKenzie as Detective James Gordon, Donal Logue as Harvey Bullock, David Mazouz as Bruce Wayne, Sean Pertwee as Alfred, Robin Lord Taylor as Oswald Cobblepot/The Penguin, Erin Richards as Barbara Kean, Camren Bicondova as Selina Kyle/Catwoman, Cory Michael Smith as Edward Nygma/Riddler, Jessica Lucas as Tabitha Galavan, Chris Chalk as Lucius Fox, Drew Powell as Solomon Gundy/Butch Gilzean, Maggie Geha as Poison Ivy, Alexander Siddig as Ras al Ghul, Anthony Carrigan as Victor Zsasz, Morena Baccarin as Leslie Thompkins and Crystal Reed as Sofia Falcone.
