The Tick Season 1 Part 2 Trailer – Amazon

Amazon Video has released a trailer for the part 2 of  comedy series, The Tick Season 1. The series part one premiered back in August 25th 2017. The Tick is a spoof of super heroes comic character.  The character was originally created by Ben Edlund in 1986 as a mascot for New England Comics. Edlund later created a series of comic books and in 1994, The Tick became half-hour animated series which ran for 2 seasons. In 2001, Fox Network debuted the live action series that star Patrick Warburton(Family Guy, TED,  Rules of Engagement). The pilot was directed by Barry Sonnenfeld(Pushing Daisy, Men in Black franchise). Despite the series being cancelled after just 9 episodes, The Tick became an instant cult classic. The revive series stars Peter Serafinowicz(John Wick Chapter 2, Guardians of the Galaxy), Griffin Newman(Draft Day), Valorie Curry(Blair Witch, The Twilight Saga), Ryan Woodle(Daredevil, Boardwalk Empire), Kahlil Ashanti(The Break), John Perkis(Daredevil, Gotham) and Joshua Schubart(High Maintenance). The Tick is executive produced by Ben Edlund, Barry Sonnenfeld, Patrick Warburton and Barry Josephson(Enchanted, Bones).

In a world where superheroes have been real for decades, an accountant with mental health issues and zero powers comes to realize his city is owned by a global super villain long-thought dead. As he struggles to uncover this conspiracy, he falls in league with a strange blue superhero.

The Tick returns with more action-packed episodes! Evil is on the march, and The City is right in its way. Something terrible is going to happen, and Destiny needs her champions now more than ever. The Tick and Arthur round-up the gang in a crash collision course between justice and villainy
