Magnolia Pictures and Magnet Releasing have released an official trailer for their upcoming horror film, Marrowbone. The film tells the story of four siblings seek refuge in an old home after the death of their mother, only to discover that the house has another, more sinister, inhabitant.
Marrowbone marks the directorial debut of screenwriter Sergio G. Sanchez. The multi-award winning and nominated screenwriter previous works include The Orphanage, The Impossible and Palm Trees in the Snow. The film stars Charlie Heaton(Stranger Things, upcoming The New Mutants), Anya Taylor-Joy( Split, The Witch, Morgan), George McKay(Captain Fantastic, Pride), Mathew Stagg(Mum’s List), Mia Goth(A Cure for Wellness, Wallander), Kyle Soller( Anna Karenina, Poldark), Laura Brook(Mission Impossible, Emerald City), Tom Fisher(The Mummy Returns, Van Helsing) and Nicola Harrison(The Impossible, My Brother the Devil).
Marrowbone is set to open in theaters, On Demand, Amazon Video and ITunes on April 13th. Check out the official trailer below.
