Fox Searchlight Pictures has released footage from the LA Premiere of its upcoming comedy film, Super Troopers 2. The film is a sequel 16 years in the making. The director, writers and actors that consist of Jay Chandrasekhar, Kevin Heffernan, Steve Lemme, Paul Soter and Erik Stolhanke is a comedy group known as the Broken Lizard. Super Troopers tells a tale of five Vermont state troopers, avid pranksters with a knack for screwing up, try to save their jobs and out-do the local police department by solving a crime. The film was met with mild success in the box office but has become a cult classic since.
