Bethesda and id Software recently revealed more info for DOOM Eternal!
DOOM Eternal is the direct sequel to DOOM (which was an awesome franchise reboot back in 2016). DOOM Eternal will continue the franchise with a new story and much more. The original DOOM games were some of the first ever First Person Shooters. These games helped define a genre which is still super popular today. DOOM Eternal will continue this tradition with exciting over the top action and intense FPS gameplay.

Features:
- Upgraded Arsenal and Abilities: The DOOM Slayer can make use of new abilities and weapons when fighting the hordes of hell. For example, a new flame belch ability can set demons on fire.
- Demon Destruction System: The game will let you tear apart demons piece by piece. This adds a lot of strategy as you can target certain parts of your enemy, depending on their strengths. An example id software gave is if you destroy the primary weapons on a heavy demon, it can make it much easier to defeat.
