The first trailer for The Walking Dead season 9 has been released during this year’s San Diego Comic-Con panel and hints on critical changes in the show.
Season 9 is coming this October and promises to deliver something different on the show. One of the most significant changes will be on the leading characters as Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes) and Lauren Cohan (Maggie) confirmed exiting the show this season. As we can see on the trailer, there will be lot’s of confrontations among the communities and walkers herds all around. Season 9 will also introduce a new enemy, popular on the Comics, as “The Whisperes” group is coming.

Rick Grimes is confirmed to be in only six episodes this season and Maggie will probably follow up as Lauren Cohan is on a new show called Whiskey Cavalier.

Prepare for big changes and a lot of violence. Season 9 is a new beginning witha fresh look and feel. The setting happens two years after the war against Negan ended. The extended trailer is impressive and shows how Season 9 will be intense and different from the past seasons.
Season 9 kicks off Sunday, October 7 on AMC.
