This action-adventure game set in the 80’s looks like ALOT of fun!
Developed by Fourattic Studios, this 80’s style action-adventure game is set to be released very soon. As a fan of the 80’s I am looking forward to playing this. It reminds me of classic movies like the Goonies or ET combined with the more recent Stranger Things TV show!!
Official Synopsis:
It’s 1986 in California. A group of friends discover a mysterious pink stone that allows to travel between two realms. This gang will live the summer of their lives in an adventure that will get them involved in a government conspiracy. Control five kids with specials skills while fighting and solving puzzles in order to save their families and the world.
Crossing Souls lets you play as each one of the five characters. Each character (Chris, Matt, Charlie, Big Joe and Kevin) has their own special abilities and combat styles. Developer Fourattic have said that players can switch between the characters in order to solve puzzles and defeat powerful bosses in the game. Levels are said to be inspired by classic 80’s arcade video games and the game will feature an 80’s inspired soundtrack.
Developers Fourattic Studios have released a demo for the game. Here is the synopsis for the demo:
The demo takes players through the opening hour or so of Crossing Souls as Chris, Charlie, Joe, Matthew, and Kevin are introduced and come together to face an eminent danger that threatens their small town. You’ll be able to get to know their personalities, test out their combat abilities, and give each one’s special abilities a spin!
