Synopsis:
“Over Troubled Water” (#307) DR. CHARLES IS FACED WITH A TOUGH DECISION WHEN A PATIENT GIVES BIRTH TO A BABY THAT IS ADDICTED TO HEROIN – Dr. Charles (Oliver Platt) feels pressure when Dr. Choi (Brian Tee) and Dr. Manning (Torrey DeVitto) criticize his medical decision regarding an ill newborn baby.
